We specialize in clearing right-of-ways throughout the United States. Our clients include fiber optic companies, electric/utility companies, and pipeline companies. We will also travel for large-scale jobs such as ranches.
We clear 1-5 acres of trees and brush per hour, depending on its density – with no fire hazard! Special equipment cuts dense brush as close to the ground as the terrain will allow, leaving behind a beneficial mulch layer.

Alan Cummings was born and raised in San Marcos, TX.
His family was in the pipeline industry for years.
Jim Cummings’ pipeline company, CRC, was started in
the 30’s and did business worldwide. Among dozens of
patents, Jim owned the patent for the very first
bulldozer. A replica of the bulldozer can be seen
at the Jim Cummings Park in Morrowville, Kansas.
Jim brought his family to San Marcos from Houston in
1968 and ran a vastly successful ranch operation until
he retired. His grandson Alan founded Green Valley
Land Service.
We suggest scheduling your project one month in advance. However, 2 weeks’ notice is usually enough, depending on the size of the job.
